The prices shown on
the The Lingerie Outlet website are Retail prices. However
Wholesales Customers requesting special pricing must purchase a minimum
of $150.00.
Because
we sell wholesale and retail, there are no sales tax added on orders shipped outside of
the State of Texas. For Texas buyers to be tax exempt, a State or Federal Tax ID# or
Business License must be required if you want to be tax exempt. Otherwise, a 7.25% sales
tax will be added to all orders.

Payments
There are 3 ways to pay for
orders:
CREDIT CARDS: Credit cards
are accepted for all orders and transactions. The Lingerie Outlet accepts American
Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Please have all credit card information on hand
when ordering.
PAY PAL: Pay
Pal is an acceptable form of payment. The shopping cart will give you the total with
shipping/handling costs.
MONEY ORDER: All payments
via this method must be in the form of a Certified Money Order or Certified Cashier's Bank
Check only.
While every aspect of accuracy is
maintained with the 1000's of styles we carry, The Lingerie Outlet is not responsible for
typographical price errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Shipping is added onto
each invoice.
We ship all orders
within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. We do not drop ship.
A basic formula for
shipping is roughly 5-8% of the cost of the order. For larger orders, we will ship best
way or via common freight carrier, or per your routing instructions.
U.S. Mail (USPS):
The U.S. Mail is our preferred method of shipping. This is for both international
and domestic orders.
Most International
orders are shipped by AIR using most economical method. We ship USPS
around the world, and have the best rates available to save you money. For larger
trans-ocean orders we will utilize a freight forwarder if needed. A pro-forma
invoice with actual shipping cost is supplied for all International orders prior to
shipment. You will know the entire cost before the shipment leaves. NOTE: Certain
countries require a chamber seal on the invoice to clear customs and there is a $5.00 fee
charged for this service.
Our outlet is
located in the Houston, Texas in the United States. All orders are FOB our warehouse.
Items not in stock
will be back-ordered. Back orders will be cancelled if merchandise is not available after
45 days, or at buyers request. This does not include fashion items that are booked weeks
in advance. Unless holding for a backorder, orders will not be held for more than 10 days
without payment.
Any order which is
refused must be prepaid (including double freight) to be re-shipped.
All returned or
"bounced" checks returned because of insufficient bank funds will be subject to
a $25.00 return check fee. We use "VeriCheck" and "Address
Verification" to check against fraud for all checks and credit card transactions.
Please note, we have and will continue to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law all
counterfeit checks, counterfeit payments, or credit card fraud.
Returns
All merchandise is
guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e.,
irregulars, defectives, etc.). Returns are for merchandise credit only. The
only exception and justification for return of merchandise is: 1.) Defective merchandise.
2.) Substitution of styles or colors by manufacturer error. 3.) Delivery of merchandise
after confirmed cancellation date without buyers extension.
Absolutely no
returns without prior verbal authorization. We do not sell on your business's
anticipation, nor do we sell on consignment. For any shipment sent back to The Lingerie
Outlet for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will
be a 15% restocking fee imposed. This decision is determined by The Lingerie Outlet on an
individual basis. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at
customers expense. All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.
